Titanic: Death and Destruction
Game terms
Effective September 30, 2026 · Version 2026-09-30-alpha · Previous version
These terms cover Titanic: Death and Destruction purchased at gormtheold.net. The seller is Gorm the Old LLC, Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Contact gormtheold25@gmail.com for purchase, technical or account help.
Your purchase
This is a one-time purchase of a personal, non-transferable license to download and play the current Windows 64-bit game using your Gorm account. It is separate from Gorm University courses and Gorm Studio subscriptions. The current price and your payment total are shown before you pay through Stripe.
You may install the game on your own PCs and link up to two PCs at a time. You can disconnect an old PC in your account. Keep your account credentials private. Do not sell, redistribute or share the game files, launcher credentials or account access with others.
Paid alpha: an unfinished game
Titanic: Death and Destruction is a paid alpha in active development. Your purchase provides access to the current playable build. It is unfinished and may contain bugs, crashes, performance problems, incomplete or missing features, and rough visuals or controls.
Updates may change or remove features and content. Save files, settings or progress may not remain compatible between versions; an update may require starting again. Development plans can change. Completion, particular future features, compatibility improvements, update schedules and a final release date are not guaranteed. Decide whether to buy based on the game available today.
This is an exploration and destruction sandbox, and is not presented as a historically exact reconstruction. The current build requires Windows 64-bit. Performance varies by hardware. Contact support if you are unsure about your PC or experience a technical problem.
Account and internet access
Use your existing Gorm account or create one with a confirmed email. Internet access is needed to sign in, download, update and authorize each game launch. A continuous connection is not required once the game is authorized and running. An outage can temporarily prevent a new launch.
Launcher versions that support playtime reporting send session reports for refund review. Reports do not interrupt gameplay when a connection is unavailable. The privacy notice explains these records and their limits.
Refunds and access
Our refund policy offers a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of payment and with less than two hours played, subject to manual review. Requests outside those limits can also be reviewed. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
A recorded refund, including a partial refund, or a payment dispute ends future game downloads and launches for that purchase. It does not close an already running game or change your University or Studio purchases. Contact support if your access was removed in error or you need a payment dispute reviewed.
